Artist's words

|
This program is an ode to passion in all its forms: dreamy, fiery, profound, and impetuous. With his Fantasiestücke, Schumann sweeps us into a breath of freedom, where the cello and piano engage in a dialogue of tenderness and exaltation. Then comes Chopin, whose only cello sonata unfolds with a poetry of rare intensity?melancholy sighs, lyrical surges, and flashes of light intertwining with grace. Passion takes on a whole new dimension with Rachmaninov, whose majestic sonata stirs the soul with its blazing lyricism and surging waves of emotion. Finally, the fire ignites with Ginastera, plunging us into the heart of the Argentine pampas in an explosion of wild rhythms and intoxicating colors. An incandescent program, where every note, every breath, and every silence resonates with breathtaking intensity.
